Since 2009, I have been working as a researcher and since 2014 as an intercultural trainer, helping students, individuals, associations, and companies to acquire and deepen these skills. My experience includes academic research and teaching both domestically and internationally, organizing and conducting intensive courses in India, intercultural preparation and follow-up for overseas assignments, support for foreign professionals, collaborations with Indian government bodies, educational institutions, NGOs, and Indian associations in Europe and the USA.

Ich bin seit 2009 als Wissenschaftler und seit 2014 als interkultureller Trainer tätig und helfe Studenten, Privatpersonen, Verbänden und Firmen diese Kompetenzen zu erwerben und zu vertiefen. Zu meinen Erfahrungen gehören akademische Forschung und Lehre im In- und Ausland, Organisation und Durchführung von Intensivkursen in Indien, interkulturelle Vor- und Nachbereitung für Auslandstätigkeiten, Betreuung von ausländischen Fachkräften, Kooperationen mit indischen Regierungsorganen, Bildungseinrichtungen sowie NGOs und indischen Vereinen in Europa und den USA.
Meine Arbeitsweise ist faktenbasiert, ideologiefrei, interaktiv und stimulierend. Mit meiner Erfahrung und Vielsprachigkeit, meiner Freude am Lehren und Lernen bin ich der richtige Ansprechpartner auch für Ihren Bedarf!
